Russell G. Buffington, Sr. of Wenonah suddenly passed on June 16, 2012. Age 67. Survived by his loving wife Frances Buffington (nee Passarella). Father of Kimberly Brown (Jason) of Georgia, Russell Buffington, Jr. of Texas and Tiffany Buffington of Wenonah. Grandfather of Austin Brown. Son of Gwendolyn Buffington of Deptford.

Russell served in the U.S. Navy and was retired from PATCO after thirty-two years of service as a revenue supervisor. He was a loving father and husband. Services are private at his family’s request.
