Beloved sister of Richard Kennedy (Bobbi Jean) of Clementon and Darlene Hughes (Robert) of Deptford. Cherished grandmother of Gabrielle, Stephanie, Ronnie, Stacey, Brandon, Madison, and Zachary. Devoted great-grandmother to Kilee, Stella, Alana, and Greyson. Joyce enjoyed going to casinos and watching game shows and Criminal Minds. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
