Peter Ndicu Njagi on February 22, 2021, of Voorhees, formerly of Deptford. Age 57. Beloved son of Late John Wakiumu Njagi and Late Grace Nyakio Njagi of Langata (Hardy Estate) Nairobi, Kenya. Loving husband for 35 years of Susan Ndicu of Voorhees NJ. Cherished father of Grace Nyakio and John Ndicu of Philadelphia. Dear brother of Jane Lithimbi, Mombasa, Florence Nyoike of Pflugerville, Austin,TX, Late Erastus Njagi of Randallstown, MD, James Mathu, Nairobi and Ruth Gachoka, Nairobi. Treasured grandfather of Kiran Kamau Ebanks and Bakari Ndicu Ebanks of Philadelphia. Peter leaves behind many loving brothers/sisters-in- law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends the world over. Education Attended Thogoto Jr Primary School - 1970-1976 Kerugoya Boys High School 1977-1980 Greenfields, Kitale - Form 5/6 1981-1982 In 1984 he started working for Marshall’s East Africa, as a car salesman with a furniture/horticulture business on the side. He resigned to put more time into his businesses. His horticulture business expanded to international trading. In 1999 he made a move to the USA seeking more opportunities for him and his family. He settled in New Jersey and his family joined him soon after. During that time he embarked on a journey to finish his education and enrolled at Gloucester County College (GCC) where he earned an Associate degree. He then attended Wilmington university where he earned a Bachelors in Organizational Development. He went on to complete two Masters degrees, one in information systems technologies concentration in inform assurance and the other in administration of human services and was currently pursuing his PhD in education organization learning leadership and innovation. Peter worked at Kelsch Associates for 14 years. The ever entrepreneur he was, he decided to leave Kelsch to pursue his lifelong passion for business, until December 12, 2020, when he was hospitalized after testing positive for COVID 19. Not one to not put up a fight, battled vehemently until he went to be with the Lord on 2/23/2021. A loving, intelligent, energetic, inspiring, motivational, social and all around absolutely brilliant man, Peter dedicated his life to his family. He loved all things business and education. Peter enjoyed traveling, politics, good food, golf, cars, and music. He was strong in his faith in God and gave his life to Christ on May 23, 2010. He loved and served the Kingdom of God wholeheartedly. The impact he made in the lives of those who knew and interacted with him is strong and far reaching. He will surely be deeply missed by his loved ones.
