Carol Ann Lemon

Carol Ann Lemon (née Young), age 68, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Carol was the beloved wife of Robert C. Lemon for 46 and a half years. She was a devoted mother to Corinne Fine (Jeremy) and a cherished grandmother (mom-mom) to Henry and Emilia. She will be deeply missed by her sister Linda Gramenzi (Frank) and brother Gary Young (Lorelei), as well as many treasured nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles T. Young and Bernadette A. Young (née Fink), and her brother James Young (Carolyn). Carol dedicated her life to nursing, faith, and spiritual well-being. She retired as a Parish Nurse at the Church of the Assumption in Bethlehem, PA, where she provided compassionate care and guidance to those in need. Carol's kindness, devotion, and unwavering faith touched the lives of many. She was selfless and dedicated much of her time to helping others. She volunteered at Equi-librium Horse Farm in Nazareth, PA, where she assisted adults and children with equestrian therapy. Her love for horses extended beyond volunteering, as she also found joy in riding them. Carol was deeply involved in her faith and shared her love of music by participating in the choirs at St. Jane Frances De Chantal in Easton and Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Bethlehem. Carol had a deep love for travel, nature, and family. She cherished family gatherings in North Wildwood and Ocean Grove NJ, where the ocean and sand brought her peace and tranquility. Her travels were often guided by her devotion to her ministry and Catholic faith, which remained the center of her life. She found great purpose in serving the Lord and embracing her calling within the church. Carol embraced life fully, finding joy in the simple things and sharing her heart with those around her. Her devotion and love touched many, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 10am to 11am at Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret’s RC Church, 3rd & Beech Sts., Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am at the church. Interment at Woodbury Memorial Park, West Deptford.
