Pedro O. “Orlando” Martinez-Hernandez on June 28, 2026 of West Deptford. Age 61. Beloved fiancé of Christine Martinelli. Loving father of Pedro Martinez, Jr. (Alexandra), Omarr Martinez, and Alexis Martinez. Stepfather to Gabrielle and Michael. Cherished brother to Jose Martinez (Maritza), Roque Martinez, Julio Martinez, and Miguel Martinez (Helen). Devoted grandfather of Jailynne and Dylan. Great-grandfather of Elena. Son of Evangelina Hernandez and late Jose Martinez. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Orlando loved the Philadelphia Sports teams, but the Eagles were his favorite. Him and Chrissy would travel to other football teams stadiums and cheer the Eagles on. He would watch sports on TV all day if he could. He enjoyed fishing, traveling to his homeland of Puerto Rico, cruises and going to the casinos. He loved working in the yard and his pool. He was the type of man to fix anything and if he didn’t know how to fix something he would you tube it to learn. Orlando got his CDL and loved driving the big rigs. He saved his money and bought his own tractor trailer. Over the last few years, he loved tasting all kinds of different wines. Orlando was a quiet and private man. His whole life revolved around his family. As long as everyone else was happy. He was happy. He loved children and often would act like a big kid just to make the kids smile. His most proudest moments were cheering Alexis and Elena from the sidelines of their sporting events. Orlando always made sure that his family were taken care of and safe. Orlando and Chrissy would always be together and if there were not together, they would be on the phone talking. Orlando wound not rest until everyone was home and safe in their beds. He will be greatly missed. Orlando was the type of man that made sure you knew how much he loved you. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 from 5pm to 7pm in The Chapel at BOUCHER FUNERAL HOME 1757 Delsea Drive, Deptford, NJ 08096.
